A current trend that I am absolutely loving, is this Americana trend. I think it so cute, especially for summer. You will definitely find me at the beach, sporting this trend :) 

Kings and Queens of promise

On Easter Sunday, my sister and I went to go see 30 seconds to mars. We didn't really realize the show was on Easter until after we purchased our tickets but the show was so worth it. Jared Leto was so amazing! I had heard so many people tell me that he is a douche bag but he is actually a really nice guy. We had so much fun, we made so many random friends in the crowd and towards the end of the show we were able to get so close that I could practically touch Jared. I was able to sneak my camera in the venue and get some pretty good shots. My sister and I decided to wait by the busses after the show to meet Jared. It was definitely a good night :))

I finally cracked an got a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Litas. I own wayy too many Jeffrey Campbell shoes and had been debating on this shoe for a while now. They finally came in a couple days ago and its safe to say I am obsessed!! I now NEED them in a couple other colors because I love them that much. The best part about them is that they are so easy to walk in, despite their height. This weekend I am going to Orlando for my best friend's birthday and I can not wait to rock these.

Amangiri Hotel

 

This is a hotel in a canyon tucked away in the four corners near Lake Powell.  It's about $1,000 a night for a basic suite with heated marble floors, daybeds outside in private patios & swimming pools, rain showers......someday.

She's a WILDFOX

Wildfox Couture has been a line that has been a great source of inspiration for me. Especially the designers behind the line, Kimberley Gordon and Emily Faulstich. Every season I try to save up some mulla to buy some pieces from the collection and I have been collecting them for a while now. Needless to say, I am super excited about their summer collection coming out soon. I wish I could buy the entire collection!!

Crystal Visions

I came across this company a couple weeks ago, while searching through fashions blogs, and I have completely fallen head over heals in love with everything in their line. They make such beautiful and uniques jewelry and clothes that incorporate such a bohemian gypsy vibe. I am definitely going to be saving up to purchase my first piece, hopefully soon. You make me feel like I belong under the sun ..

So, a couple of days ago, my best friend and I went to go see Citizen Cope play a acoustic at The Culture Room. We were both beyond excited, we are both huge Citizen Cope fans and we love going to The Culture Room since it is such an intimate venue. We got there a little early to make the line, the bouncer tried to take away my camera but I just told him I was putting it in the car and walked in with it anyways. 

Once we got in, we had to wait over an hour before he came on to perform so by the time he came out everyone was already drunk. He came on and played some of his set (that man has the most beautiful voice ever) but the crowd was extra annoying that night and extra loud. It got to the point where he got off stage and told everyone he would come back out when everyone was quiet. My best friend decided she felt like leaving and since she drove I had no choice but to leave. It is safe to say the night was one huge bummer but it was good while it lasted.
